Elizabeth was born and raised in Las Vegas. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from UNLV. Elizabeth initially began her career working in a lab and researching cancer. However, Elizabeth comes from a long line of hearing professionals in her family and so she decided to change careers in 2011 when she became a Nationally Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist. She has been practicing for over 14 years. Elizabeth is married and has two children.
Emily Jensen Au.D.
Dr. Jensen joined Hearing Centers of Nevada in April 2022. Her background includes audiology private practice and ear, nose and throat practice settings. She specializes in hearing and balance disorders in pediatric patients and adults. She fits patients of all ages with hearing aids, bone anchored hearing aids, and cochlear implants. She looks forward to helping you reach your hearing goals!

Hearing Instrument Specialist
Heather Castellano is the owner operator of hearing centers of Nevada.
She has 22 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She has spent 12 years working with the geriatric population with an emphasis in dementia care and prevention and education.
Heather has worked in the hearing industry since 2014. She established Hearing Centers of Nevada in 2018. Since that time she has established community care protocols with over 15 long term care facilities In the Las Vegas Valley, bringing better hearing to residents not otherwise able to seek hearing care on their own. Hearing centers of Nevada recently expanded their scope of practice to include Veterans, Department of Labor employees, Workman’s Compensation claims. These contracts are in addition to contracts with Nevada Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield Medicaid Humana, Unitedhealth care, Aetna, UAW, and USGS. She has developed a mobile clinic and established two brick and mortar locations in Henderson and Pahrump. Heather is a Nationally board certified hearing instrument specialist with a big heart and a passion for better hearing! She enjoys philanthropic work within the community she serves.
Kathryn Munda, HIS Apprentice
Hearing Instrument Specialist Apprentice
Kathryn is a local resident of Pahrump Nevada, and the newest member of the Hearing Centers of Nevada team. She is creative and outgoing and enjoys helping others. Kathryn has a passion for animals and energy drinks, including coffee! She will be happy to make you a cup next time you come in!
Kathryn will be beginning her apprenticeship to become a hearing instrument specialist very soon. We are excited to bring her fresh perspective to our business!
I have been with Hearing Centers of Nevada since the opening in 2019 and currently manage the Henderson office. I have a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. I have worked in various capacities with the senior population and health services for over 7 years now. Since joining Hearing Centers of Nevada, I have worked with my team to develop a mobile hearing care unit to assist patients unable to reach our office for care. My specialty is insurance billing and Veterans affairs claims and I am currently in the apprenticeship program to become a hearing care provider.
