Heather’s the best. Turned aides in for a repair and they came back and I couldn’t hear thru them at all. She did a quick hearing check and completely reprogrammed them. Also, reset aides thru my phone and showed me what I was doing wrong. Beautifullly furnished office….very welcoming!
