I can't say enough positive things about our recent visit to Hearing Centers of Nevada. The front desk person was helpful and positive. Our main contact, Elizabeth Zhelev, was outstanding. She thoroughly answered all questions and set us up with our hearing needs without pressure or time restraints.

Appointment next day, 15 minutes early for new patient documents, testing in 20 minutes, debriefing clear and concise with audiologist, great experience choices within Aetna coverage. Hearing aids selected ordered, expect in 3 weeks. Great professional experience.
